UTF-8 and Polish characters

Hi,

We are running TS501SP1 and TST501SP1 on Win2000.

We are doing a project for a Polish site and are struggling to get the proper results in templating.

I've set up my PC to use Polish as the Regional Setting in ControlPanel, modified templating.cfg and my TPL to include encoding = UTF-8.
I can enter Polish characters in the DCT and the resulting DCR is stored correctly.
I've set up the correct encoding in iwpt_encoding.ipl, but the generated .jsp file still is not UTF-8.

I've tried a correct, handcoded file which works correctly, so everything seems to be OK on the websphere side....
My text editing and verification process has been done in TextPad.
Anyone has any good suggestions?
