What is the way to invoke tag UI once the DCR is saved?

Once the user saves the DCR the tag ui should be displayed for the dcr so as to fill in the mandatory attributes. we wish to do this without triggereing workflows

Working on Teamsite 7.1 Windows 2003 OS.


Can we invoke a Direct Link for Tag UI for DCR onSaveDone event handler?
If yes what should the link be like?
