I did a search to see if this had come up before, but didn't find anything, so if this is a repeat, I apologize. I would like to be able to, as part of my workflow, send an email notification to one or more people if the Resolve Conflict state occurs as a result of my submittask. On more than one occasion, I've had people call and ask me why their files did not appear in production, only to find out upon researching their job that it was stuck in a resolve conflict state. Of course, we could educate our users to always look at TeamSite to make sure their jobs go through, but the person who initiates the job may not be involved in the workflow process at the time it finally gets approved and submits. It would be nice to have a mechanism in the submittask that allowed for an email notification to be sent if the Resolve Conflict state occurs. Perhaps a <command> attribute or something similar that would invoke a script upon entering that state.
