Replacing DCT inline .ipls with .net, help needed
We have a project to replace all DCT inline .ipls with .net...for example, one of our templates queries a DB to return a simple list of states using the following line:

so we wrote a little exe that does the exact same thing. the exe runs fine when dropped into a command line on the box. However, when i switch the template code to this, i get the below template error. is this even supported? and im invoking it the proper way? the documentation says you should be able to invoke any command as long as it returns well formed XML (which we are
