Caught exception in runIt(). Details: REQUEST_DENIED

Locating OpenDeploy service.
OpenDeploy server host: localhost, RMI registry port: 9173
Got OpenDeploy service
***ERROR - Caught exception in runIt(). Details: REQUEST_DENIED
Please check that the OpenDeploy server is running.

This is a new installation on a new server. I am able to run the following file based deployment from a command line.

But when I execute it from a custom perl file in TeamSite via a worflow task I get the error above.

I changed
Deploy.cltProxyAuthCheck: y
to
Deploy.cltProxyAuthCheck: n
and restarted the services, but still get the error.

The user I am logged into teamsite is also and od-admin and od-user.

What else should I configure?

TeamSite 7.2.1 on Windows 2008 SE 64bit R2
