Problem installing Adminstration server

System

Hi,

We are currently in the process of doing a fresh install of IW products(TS 7.1,LS 7.1) in our developemnt environmemnt, we had a trial license for 2 days and all the products were installed successfully. When we got the actual license and after the new license was installed we found that admin link was not working and it throws the message "Could not contact Adminstration server. Please try it later, or contact your system administrator"

We tried to reinstall Admin server and we are currently facing issues, when we try to install Admin server, it reports "Unable to fetch database information from Common Services. Please verify if common services is running and restart the installation".

When we used the command line tool "iwirstat" it throws the following error "ERROR com.interwoven.wcm.service.iwovregistry.utils.IRConnectionUtil () -ERROR connecting to IR Service"

We tried to reinstall the common services client and we rebooted the system and still it doesn't help.

Attached is the installer.log with the exceptions.

How do we start Interwoven registry? Can someone provide pointers?

P.S: We are also finding that "LSCOMSD" is getting locked in a periodic interval after 30mins with the ora exception "ORA-28000, account is locked". Not sure if the TS application is trying to connect to database with incorrect credentials.
