TS 7.2.1, Server 2008, IIS 7, Editor Submit

Finally got most of the kinks worked out with the 7.2.1 upgrade. However, we are having an issue with submits. I can submit and deploy successfully but my users cannot.

We are using a customized wft. Worked just fine with our older TS.

I am wondering if this is a permissions issue - possibly an IIS 7 issue.

Anyone working with 7.2.1 and IIS 7?

Failed to open deployment list file
