This is one of the weirder things I have come across and I can find no explanation for this behavior. A couple of image files were attached to a workflow along with a DCR. Filelist deployment. OpenDeploy deployed the generated HTML page from the DCR but claimed that the 2 image files did not exist in the source path so it attempted to delete the files on the target:

You're just going to have to trust me that these files absolutely existed in this path:
/default/main/Southwest/SWA/STAGING/assets/images/home_page/ads
They exist whether you look at them in the TS GUI or the Unix shell. We attempted to deploy these files twice in separate workflows, and got the same result. Then I went into the Unix shell and executed a 'touch' command on both files, then sent them through the workflow. Then the files deployed successfully.
Has anyone ever seen this behavior? I have never seen this in over 8 years of working with OD. And it wasn't a timing issue - the files existed hours before they were deployed. It's baffling. Baffling I tell ya...
