Deploy Content rules

System

I have created content rules in teamsite and associated the rules to a .page. I wanted to deploy the .page along with the content rule to another Teamsite server using Open deploy. I can see that the "TeamSite/LiveSite/RuleIds" are copied over but i can't see the rule if i click on "Manage content rules". Where are these rules stored in teamsite?

Can we deploy content rules from one TS server to another?

Iam using TS 6.7.2, LS 3.1.
