MB 4.0 - Listing User permissions on Fields

We are in the process of performing the upgrade to 4.6.2 from MB 4.0. We want to plan and evaluate the permissions on the metadata. Is there a method to have MB 4.0 dump a list of all metadata fields and the user permissions set on each field?

I have both Out-of-the-box and custom metadata fields.
