Livesite with Websphere portal

Hi,

Currently, we have a Teamsite 6.7.2 and sitepublisher implemntation aand currently the content is being managed in teamsite and the all the site components are created and deployed to a webserver as HTML's.
Recently there is a requirement to move towards Websphere Portal. I know, with respect to appserver, we can use livesite and render those pages created in Sitepublisher in a application server environment.

Now, if we move towards Websphere portal, my questions are
How can we render the sitepublisher components such as content components and navigation on portal . I believe livesite can be used on a application server. Can we use livesite to render the pages on portal too.?

Any thoughts or suggestion with this regard would be helpful
