Getting or Downloading an Asset - needs to keep MediaBin edits on metadata

Hello-

We are adding lots of metadata to assets, both in the Adobe Bridge as well as in MediaBin 4.6.2 itself. We want all metadata, no matter when or where it was added, to come in and out of MediaBin for every type of asset.

In tests it seems that while the values are set in MB, when I do a Get the resulting image does not have the metadata values - they are blank when viewed as properties in Windows Image Viewer. For example "Keywords" is blank, though it contains values in MediaBin. The values were set using Adobe Bridge prior to ingesting the asset into MB.

How do I set metadata that will persist on an image?
