UI Error for ToDo page

System

I got an email from one of our users stating:

Sometimes (and it seems to happen quite often), when I "Approve and Deploy" a job through the workflow, I get this message:

An error has occurred trying to obtain the to do list. The message returned by the server is: Object being looked up was not found

I then use the "Back" key, "Approve and Deploy" the job again and it goes through. It's not a big deal since the job does eventually go through, I just wondered if I'm doing something wrong.

Has anyone else seen this error or know what might be causing it?
