Using Open Deploy to Stop IIS

I want to stop IIS on the target server before deploying the files. How do I configure OpenDeploy to call a Net Stop W3SVC before deploying files and a Net Start W3SVC after. Is this something that can be done in the OD configs or do I need to use a workflow? Can I set it so the Net Start will still be called if there is a rollback?
