TeamSite Memory

We migrated to a new server which has 32G of memory and when we run perfmon counters our server doesn't appear to be using any memory above 4G.

Is there a setting to tell TeamSite there is more memory on the server? We do get some server resources are low but the memory on the server is not being pegged at all.

This is a Windows 2003 Server (Enterprise)
TS 6.7.2
