We have upgraded from 6.7SP2 to 16.4. While creating a new document/import operation from webtop, the processing struck a few times at 11% and times out eventually. However it does work successfully some time. A few observations:
1) If I switch from UCF to http, it works fine, but we need to UCF only.
2) If ACS is disabled, it works fine. But I believe it would be good if it works from perspective.
3) On enabling caching (acs_cache_enabled=true in acs.properties), it working fine.
I am wondering how enabling caching resolved the issue, can someone has any insight? pls share your exp.
