Another Exception in Primitive Error - {00231361}!

Hi,

I'm getting the following message trying to run some transformation tasks via HotFolder editor in MB 4.6 Build 25.

Exception in Primitive {00231361}! Reason = error reading from file, Message = TPSDChannelReader::ReadChannel

How can I tell what primitive {00231361}! is? Almost all the tasks throw this at some point and the only thing they have in common is a Flattener primitive.
