Server.ear.deployed,acs.ear.deployed,,bpm.ear.deployed files in 
\Documentum\wildfly9.0.1\server\DctmServer_MethodServer\deploy got deleted and after restarting the JMS these are not getting deployed again.
Also then the custom job is throwing below error:
FAILED: Could not launch method : OS error: (No Error), DM error: ().
