Where's ATTRTABLE after upgraded from 16.2.1 to 16.2.5

I have an object inherits ATTRTABLE::#'Attribute Handlers'#. but after upgraded to 16.2.5 the module 'OpenText Attribute Extension' has to be uninstalled and OT support only mentioned it merged into core package. Appreciate for help.
