Hi,
I'm trying to run some images through the HotFolder editor. Some of the images are producing the following error when using a task trying to create an EPS file from the source file. I believe the source file is an RGB jpeg, 72ppi. This particular tasks works fine on many other images, so I'm pretty sure it's something with the source image, but not sure what to look for or tell the content creators. Any assistance will be appreciated.
