Strange Phenomenon in MediaBin

System

We use the MediaBin window client software to browse a folder in MediaBin.
On the left side we have the folder name then a bracket indicated that we have 221 assets in that folder but inthe right hand side the system only list 99 assets. When we do a search for a keyword in that folder. Only 99 assets return. If you click on the column of Modified Time then all of the 221 assets will appear then if we search for the same key value in that folder we have all 221 assets return.

This only happen in this particular folder. To fix this I have to create a new folder and move all of the assets from the old folder to the new one then everything work like normal.

MediaBin version 4.6.1 Build 7.
