UI Customization - Job Activation Time

2nd Attempt.

I'm trying to add a "job activation" column to the UI, similar to the task activation I added under the workflow tab. I'm having trouble finding a similar property to utilize. Perhaps I haven't read the correct doc? I've been reading, the UI customization guide, as well as the reference docs, but I'm not seeing it.
