Display HTML page from dynamically generated URL

I have a unix cron job which goes ahead and generates an HTML page and stores it in one of the location on web server. I need to create a component which takes a parameter and dynamically generates a URL mapping (Using Java Code) to the HTML file available no web server. The HTML file, for which the query is generated needs to be then finally displayed on the screen.
As I am very new to Interwoven environment, can somebody help me with the code scippet to acheive the same.
