iw_solution_inlinecallout.ipl

I'm trying to use the inline ipl example which Interwoven provides (iw_solution_inlinecallout.ipl - located in TeamSite/httpd/iw-bin) in order to dynamically populate
a drop down list box via a database call to an Oracle 8i database. From the command line - everything works fine - I open up my DCT and I get a blank page - does anyone know if I need some special enviornment setting in order for this to work - has anyone else had a similiar problem with this example!
