Versions - Visual difference

Hello!

In our Production TeamSite, we're not able to get the Visual difference between 2 versions of .page files. It throws "The page cannot be displayed" error when we click on Visual tab.

The Source, Tags, Properties difference is working fine.

But the visual difference of .page file is working fine in Development environment which has same TeamSite version and other configurations.

I looked in all the TS and Apache logs of Production system, but didn't get any useful info.

Any idea what's wrong here?

OS: Solaris 10
