Workflow Tasks

Hi,

We have a workflow which has two external tasks, first task is for tagging metadata (we use iwmetadata.cgi)and second task executes an external script. The workflow behaves differently when invoked in standard and professional interfaces. When i invoke the workflow through professional interface after the tag screen it transitions into the next screen which results from the execution of the external script. Incase of standard interface after the tag screen we get an additional screen to add comment to the task and after that it transitions to the next screen. I was wondering why there is inconsistency in the flow when we switch interfaces. Is this an expected behavior?

We are invoking workflow from the formapi script after onSaveDone event.

Any pointers?
