Call servers on Unix

OK this works on DOS but not Linux

I have a callserver that gets called if a user wants to say a DCR in .../data/path/ that will create the folder if it is not there.

It fails when it creates the directory.

The parent folder (data) has permission of 775 owned by tsadmin and iwglobal.

The callserver touches a temp file (as iwui.nobody) even though the I made the primary group for iwui to iwglobal (and ran iwreset -a)

how can I affect what this call server runs as ?

When I create the folders, it works fine, so I am puzzled as to how to get this working.
