Dummy task settimeout

System

Hi All,
I have dummytask of which time out set was default to '+000010' and i changed it to new time in format MMDDYYYYHHMM by calling cgi and setting the time by taskobj->SetTimeOut($newtime). This task was successful and time out was set to new one in format MMDDYYYYHHMM but along with dummy task i had cgi task which can reset it new time.
I called cgi task again and tried to set the time again but this time Dummytask time out was not set....
by following the same process i used earlier to set it. Can any one tell me why it failed this time...
Is it this time the dummy task is in active state....?
Also i noticed that GetTimeOut function shows time from epoch....?
Hope this is not causing the prob...
