Knowledge Center SearchPreview Phase Launched August 14, 2014Over the past year, the Online Support team has been gathering feedback from customers, partners, and staff on how we can improve searching on the Knowledge Center.Overwhelmingly, the main pain point was narrowing down the number of search results that are returned. It can seem impossible to wade through thousands of possible resources, without an easy way to filter out the 'noise'.We are building many improvements to search in the coming weeks, the main feature is the ability to choose a product and types of resources to search against - before initiating it! We will also make it possible to further refine your search results by resource type and modification date...
