LLiapi's DBCursor v CAPI
Migrateduser
New
Hi
I am trying to streamline the code involved in doing category upgrades while leaving the process intact and note that the call retrieving the next set of nodes to process uses LLiapi's DBCursor object (which in turn uses SQLConnections)
I am more familiar with using CAPI. Which is faster to use? Which is'better' to use?
I remember from a while back someone suggesting cursors are slower, but I do not know in what context that was.
Thanks, Phil
