LS Development 3.0.0 Install

Hi All,
I am installing LS Dev 3.0.0(and not the latest version due to compatibility issues) with TS 6.7.1 Patch 2.
After the installation happens successfully, I dont see SiteMap Tab on the Content Center Pro interface.
Can you please help me...
