What's Happening to The Knowledge Center?
You may have noticed some improvements that the Online Support team have made to the Knowledge Center (KC) menu, header, and appearance.
These improvements were made based on feedback received from customers—like you—through thePreview area on the KC. We want to thank everyone who participated in Preview 1 and provided us with invaluable feedback.
Building on our recent successes, we are now ready to share the details of Preview 2 which involves changes to the proposed KC Home page, Enterprise Information Management (EIM) landing pages, and the development of something we like to call a “product console”.
