iwsend_mail.ipl

I'm using iwsend_mail.ipl in a workflow for TS5.5.2 on Solaris. The external task executes and claims in the log file "Success sending Email". The only problem is that the recipient(s) never get the email.

It is possible that the IT people here have something strange going on with the smtp server. How would one begin fixing this problem?
