About MediaBin 4.6.1 patches

Hi,
We have MediaBin 4.6.1 patches at two locations. After logging to Support..
1. https://support.interwoven.com/ESD2/UI_ESDSelImage.asp?ProdID=110987
2. https://support.interwoven.com/patches/download_patchesNewV2.asp?osid=-1&productid=240
I guess these patches are the same. I find one extra patch (nt_mb461_p75193.exe) given at location 1. than 2.

Please confirm.
