adding fields to an existing IDM application using SQL

hi,

 

i was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how to update an IDM Application where new fields are added.

I dont want to dump the database and recreate and recommit an IDM application if possible.

we are on a SQL2005.  Their must be a way to do this through SQL.
