Can you use a network scanner with VIC?

I have a customer that is looking at a hardware refresh. They are currently using VIC v19.3 with Kodak 3520 & i620 scanners.

I've pointed the customer to a KB Article 17542416 VIC - How to find a compatible scanner, and advised them that VIC 19.3 should work with any scanner that has an ISIS driver and a SCSI or FireWire interface, and that USB is only supported with v20.1 upwards.

The question the customer is now asking is whether VIC supports network scanners, and if so, would it be supported at v19.3 VIC?
