iwat command trigger not working

I created an iwat command trigger for the Lock event using this syntax:

iwat Lock /interwoven/teamsite/local/unlock.ipl

This was the syntax given to us by IW Support and it works fine for other triggers we have set up.

The issue is, whenever I lock a file, the script isn't kicking off. Is there any reason why this particular even wouldn't work using the Actions->lock method of locking a file? Is there any config setup we need to have set for the Lock event to trigger?
