I have a need to loop through tasks in a workflow several times and update the srcareavpath on an updatetask in the loop before it executes. Unfortunately, after looking through the TeamSite::WFtask module and the CLT guide, I’m beginning to suspect that there isn’t a way to change that attribute.
It appears that I can set the areavpath or the owner with iwsettaskownerandarea (and corresponding methods in the module) and I can set any true/false attributes (like start, lock, etc.) with iwtaskattrib, but I don’t see anything to dynamically set srcareavpath. Anyone have any tips?
I'll go ahead and open a support ticket too just to see if I'm overlooking something I should know about.
