iw_iterate problem in tpl for RSS feed

I'm new to RSS feeds, and as a result of that have little experience in making them work in conjunction with Teamsite forms. I set up the datacapture and the tpl, and tried to use iw_iterate around the feed item data. But only the first instance in the loop is being displayed, which IE7 reads as an error-free RSS feed. So I know the paths are correct.

I'm probably missing something very obvious, so please be kind. Any insight will be very much appreciated. Files are attached, with extensions changed to .txt.
