Force uninstallation MediaBin server

Hi,

I am trying to install MediaBin server. Sometimes setup fails inbetween due to some issue. I go to 'Add / Remove programs' and try to unstall the 'MediaBin Server'. But many times I get following error message while unstalling and due to this I can't unstall the MediaBin server.

'Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\PROFES~1\RunTime\10\00\Intel32\Ctor.dll
The specified module could not be found.'

Is there a way to force fully uninstall the MediaBin Server? Also, I know it creates some reg keys under HKLM\Software\Interwoven,Inc. and HKLM\Software\MediaBin, Inc. Apart from this does setup create any other reg keys? Please let me know if you have any ways for force cleanup.
