Hi,
I am trying to install MediaBin server. It goes smoothly untill I get to the 'MediaBin Server for SQLServer Setup(Step 2 of 3)' screen.
Here I specify my SQL server name and provide the credentials for SQL user 'MediaBinSQLUser'. After I click on 'Next' I get error message 'ERROR: Connection to failed.' and then i can not proceed. I tried running setup under domain user logon(having local admin rights) as well as local admin logon but no luck. I also checked ODBC connection to my database with the 'MediaBinSQLUser' and it was working fine.
I tried to look into install.log but it doesn't have enough information. Following is the text from install.log
Can you please provide me some pointers as where I might be going wrong? If you need any further information then please let me know.
Thanks,
Stacy
