LiveSite:Components in a Template

Hi all

I am new to livesite, and trying to explore it.

Can we know that how many components have been placed on a template at the time of saving the template.

In another way i want to get the no of components present on the template at the time of saving,if yes then can we put an alert if the number of components is higher than a particular value?
