We recently installed TS 5.5.2 sp1L on a Win 2k machine with Iplanet Enterprise server v 4.1 sp11.
The "iw-mount" redirect is not be recognized thus causing 404's to occur when we click on any file to view from within TeamSite. The error log for IPlanet doesn't show anything other than a 404 error in the access logs, with nothing showing up in the error log file.

If I go to
http://....../iw-mount/...... the ACCESS log shows an attempt with a 404 but no error/message appears in the error log.
If I go to
http://....../xiw-mount/..... the ACCESS log shows the attempt, and the ERROR log now also shows the attempted access to <rooted directory>/xiw-mount.... file not found.
We have two backing stores with the same result in each one.
I have checked the permissions on the files and they appear to be okay.
Any guesses?
