Simplest deployment to invoke DNR?

Hi All -
I'm going to use OpenDeploy as the conduit to send a TeamSite workflow status to a process on a remote machine (hey, why write a web service when I've already got an agent ready to communicate?!).

I want to create the simplest deployment that will let me DNR-invoke a script remotely. If I don't need to send any assets, that'd be good.
Anyone have an example of this? I'll be trying to put one together myself, but if someone's already been through this, I'm glad to leverage your work.
