problem with datadeploy (iwdd.ipl)

I am trying to use stand-alone datadeploy to push the contents from workarea to the oracle database.
I'm using filelist to deploy only the selected dcr.
When I run the iwdd.ipl, it populates only the dcr_path in the database and null in all the other columns.

On the console it shows all null values getting passed to the prepared statement except DCR_Path

any help is appreciated.
