issuing make_toolkit.ipl

Hi,

I want to make the logo customization as per the explanation in the documentation but I run into a small issue that i'm not sure how to do, I follow the instruction and place the new gif in the right place and then the document state that you need to rebuild the content center by issuing the following command:

cd iw-home/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src
iw-home/iw-perl/bin/iwperl iw-home/bin/make_toolkit.ipl -jsp_precompile

since I don't know much about perl I assume that if you run to line above in a command prompt it would work just fine but it does not, my question is how do you issue the following command:

iw-home/iw-perl/bin/iwperl iw-home/bin/make_toolkit.ipl -jsp_precompile

just copy the line in a command prompt after you get to the proper directory? is there a command that should be place before the line of code or after?
