Hi,
we are facing an issue with xplore server the issue is we are unable to perform search operation in webtop.
for the above problem, first we stoped index agent in DCTM da and performed below steps.
we stop the services in following sequence
1.Documentum Indexagent
2.Documentum xPlore Watchdog -C -xPlore
3.Documentum xPlore PrimaryDsearch (Primary)
and
started services in the following sequence
1..Documentum xPlore PrimaryDsearch (Primary)
2.Documentum xPlore Watchdog -C -xPlore
3.Documentum Indexagent
but we failed to start the index agent and primary dsearch and also unable to hit url (http://localhost:9200/IndexAgent
,http://localhost:9300/dsearchadmin. )
and please find the pice of log(last lines) below we are not seeing sever started this is problem.
