Moving from Lotus Notes vs Outlook

Has anyone moved their email system from Lotus Notes to MS Exchange?

IF SO,

How have you dealt with the saved emails that exist in the WorksiteMP system since they are saved as DXL files?

Any feedback would be beneficial.
