workflow Integrating with Opendeploy

System

Hi all:
I am trying to use ControlHub(2.1) integrating with Opendeploy to deploy a text file directly to some receiver through the default submit workflow. I copied the wft_opendeploy.xml file, modified the wft_opendeploy.cfg file, but now the workflow still not work, I can only deploy file use wft_opendeploy.xml in opendeploy.
Anybody know what may cause this problem? Or what else work should be done? Thanks a lot!
