"My Local Files" Issues in TS 6.7.1

We just completed the upgrade to 6.7.1. However, we're having issues with the "My Local Files" window:

1) TS doesn't seem to keep your settings. The "Temporary file location" window keeps popping up whenever you try to invoke the "My Local Files" window.
2) In line with settings getting reset, on the General Tab, when you click on the "Settings," the "What to do with the local files after uploading them:" radio option keeps resetting back to the "Always remove" option.
3) Downloaded files get "disconnected" from the "My Local Files" module. For example, if you download a file for editing, close "My Local Files" without uploading it back, and log out of TS, once you log back in, your downloaded files are gone. You can see the files via Windows Explorer, but, "My Local Files" doesn't see it.

I believe we have TeamSite on Solaris 9 OS.

Has anyone else encountered this? Our admin is currently looking into this as well. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
